Christmas is almost here!! I am so busy trying to get everything ready, that I find I'm a bit too overwhelmed to do anything. I wanted to do something different for the appetizer, so I tried a new baked Brie since I have the baker now - YAY!!
This is apples and dried cranberries with brown sugar and a little butter:
Cut the Brie in half and then layer everything:
Bake for 25 minutes and voila! You have an amazing appetizer, and the family consumed this entire thing in less than 30 minutes.
We spent the evening at Martin and Kathy's house for their annual Christmas party. We had a great time, and Kathy made a wonderful supper. It was good to see Martin again, and we were sure to congratulate him on his new job. He was out of work for quite a while, so it'll be good for him to get back into the swing of teaching again.
