Braces update & a new month

I spent my morning in the orthodontist's office for Taylor.  She only has a couple more months to go with her braces on while I'll be paying through the summer for them.  Haha and UGH! at the same time.  


Some extra ties were added to Taylor's mouth, so she was in more pain than we planned on.  She won't have to start dealing with the bands until next month, so that's good for her.  She also got her colors changed on her brackets to Valentine's colors and she loved it.

It's kinda hard to see her red, pink and white colors on her teeth here, but she was smiling away!  


After I was able to drop her off at school, I got busy catching up on work.  I am now trying to figure out why the hell I stress over getting my work done when I get new problems everyday, and I'm never able to work ahead.  It's very frustrating, but it's the same everywhere.


So, after learning about 5 new fires to deal with, I handled the stuff on my to-do list that HAD to be done, and then I took a short break.  I flipped the calendar to February, hung up the wreath on the door, and then re-did the Valentine Flowers for the living room decoration.  I love being able to use these decorations over and over especially with the girls' pictures.  Eventually, it will be great fun to see them when they were "little."

I enjoyed being able to take a little time to spruce the house up, and it made me feel better and able to return to the nightmare called "work."
