Ken and endodontic surgery

Ken had a root canal one month ago.  He went in two weeks ago for the follow-up, and he has an infection in the gum around the root of the molar.  So, today, he went in to see the Endodontist for the minor procedure to fix the abscess.  I promised Ken that I wouldn't take pictures of his pain, and seriously - the swelling isn't bad.  However, Ken on Vicodin is purely hilarious!

We are driving back from the VA.  We have passed this particular section of the 215 many, many times.  He is looking out the window and says, "Hey!  There are sheep on that mountainside!"  Now, I'm trying to drive, but I'm trying to see what the heck he's looking at.

Turns out, those "sheep" are rocks.  I tried to tell him that they are rocks, but Ken insists that they are moving and are therefore sheep.  I assure him that he believes the rocks are moving because of the Vicodin.  Hahahahahaha!

Ken slept for the remainder of the trip, and so far, he is doing better now that the meds have worn off.
