Well, it's another year of teaching, and another year of school pictures. Yes, that's right, even 20+ years after graduating from High School, I still have to go through the ordeal of school pictures. Except, now the picture is made into my staff ID badge. I love that I received a complimentary set of photos. What on EARTH was I going to do with the wallets??? I thought it over and then decided that I would give one to each of the girls and then send some to my friends with the cute little inscriptions on the back. HeeHee
Friday night was the District Staff Halloween party. As you can see, Ken and I got dressed up in Old-Tyme Masquerade. Ken was very hesitant about the mask and he whined about it until the event was over. Then, he told me that he not only had a great time, but he actually kinda liked the idea of the mask.
As you can see from the picture, we weren't ready for Taylor to take the photo - so we only had half smiles going on.
I wore my dress from our 1920s themed New Year's Eve event, and I purchased the lined cloak to complete the outfit. Ken wore his suit and the mask that I found for him.
We had a great time at the Party. There were a few people from Crow there, but most were from the Middle and High School. Everyone was very friendly, and Ken got a few more contacts for hunting and fishing.
It's taking time, but we're starting to be known and getting to know others.
