Jordan's List

With the girls getting ready to Homeschool, Ken and I started looking for "Behavior Modification Techniques" to help with them staying focused.  That's right, we wanted a list of things that they want to earn, so we can bribe them to be more independent workers since they will be home.  We want to ensure that they become self-motivated rather than having to be directed.  Ken and I know that this will be a difficult transition, but hopefully, they will learn quickly how fast they can complete their work and move on to the "extra" things.

Ken and I expected to see Disneyland, movies, and different types of trips.  We keep explaining that it will be easy to take off a day or two now and go places so long as they are caught up and able to keep on top of their assignments without either of us having to sit on them.   However, we did not expect Jordan's list.  I'm not sure why we are still surprised by her, but we are:

I can see Buffalo and Canada - that means she would get to see Grandpa, but we were totally surprised by Germany.  Really??  This child really does reach for the stars in life!
