Ermanno and Barbara invited us over to watch football. It was the NFC and AFC championship games which, of course, decides who is going to play in the SuperBowl.
Barbara was very dedicated to the AFC game as her Patriots were playing. Unfortunately, Denver killed them.
For the NFC game, I decided to root for San Francisco since it was the California team. They opened strong and then just seemed to quit playing. They almost dug it out in the last two minutes of the game, but they didn't get it. To make things worse, a player for Seattle who stopped that last touch down was interviewed after the game, and he was a complete ass in the interview.
Super Bowl Sunday was assigned to our house, so we're setting menu now. Since Seattle seems to be a cheating and nasty team, it looks like I'll be rooting for Denver that day.
