And they are back to school!! Ahhhhh, a quiet house and sipping coffee. There's no television playing in the background, no arguing, no screaming. Unfortunately, Jordan was incredibly ill on her first day. Not only did she choose to refuse last night's supper of leftovers, but she worked herself up about the first day of school. You can see the progression, but since she is usually a little actress, I thought she was just going for sympathy.
And you can see her face here that she was having trouble. Yeah, she wasn't faking it - she puked all over the living room floor right after this picture was taken. So rad!! Ken about lost it himself, but we got everything cleaned up - and by "we" I mean me and Taylor.
Even at dropping them off at school, Jordan was looking a bit peaked. Part of me felt bad that I didn't believe her, but she does tend to dramatize things....
Last night, the girls had fun getting all of their supplies together. I agree with them - it is the most fun part of back to school!
The girls had their hair appointment and got all beautified for their first day of school.
And then there was the back to school supply party -
getting it all organized and the backpack ready!
