Marshmallow success!

Well, I learned that I will need to use less coloring next time, but the homemade marshmallows with peppermint schnapps are awesome!! I was worried that the alcohol would cause them to be too gelantany, but while they aren't as airy & springy as the regular ones, they are really good & after only 5, there's a really cool buzz.
I made a batch of regular marshmallows as well to compare for texture & to work on the coloring skills. I'm hoping for some peppermint look this Christmas.
