Well, now I get to complain that we're not even through Halloween before we are forced to deal with Christmas. My largest complaint is that the really cool items that I saw at Costco and put on my "list" to get would be gone within a couple of weeks.
But, in an effort to be more relaxed this Christmas season, Ken and I got moving. We had made notes throughout the year of things we are pretty sure the kids will like, and we've been hunting for the perfect gifts for each other. Add in our anniversary, and we're having a blast.
Now, I can't post what I have been busy doing for Ken for either the anniversary or for Christmas, but I'm just so pleased with myself and excited, that I don't think I can wait the

for Christmas to get here. Yes, I found a website that actually has a running countdown clock, so as of when I started this post, it was correct to the minute and second.
I will now get things ready for Thanksgiving. I'm still trying to iron out the menu with our friends with whom we will be sharing the celebration (Ken's totally excited because Cyn is a professional chef).
