My students used to always 'get on' me about my rules and philosophy. I used to always tell them that these were the final years of learning and making mistakes before they had to get it together, so I would try to help them learn how to make a decision, how to correct mistakes, etc. These things are not taught anymore, and it's amazing that the culture is "everyone is a winner" lately. This sets our children up for failure as we never teach them to lose. Today, I saw this on Facebook, and it was too good not to post and keep for the girls to read over.
