I always worry about the girls wearing something to school that I want saved. Today, it was their Halloween costumes. They were each totally excited about it, so I got them dressed, crossed my fingers, and hoped for the best.
Taylor's Bavarian costume needed some adjustment since it was made for an adult and she's not there yet. The costume originally was packaged as "Barmaid Beauty" but I told her she's far too young to be a barmaid, so she has to stick with being German. On Sunday, I'll get her hair into the braids with the pink ribbons.
Mandy understood why she couldn't take the broom to school, but she's totally excited. The outfit is a little large for her, but we'll spruce it up before Halloween.
Jordan loved her vampire outfit. I was going to get her teeth and some make up, but she was happy just like she was. The necklace is too big for her throat, so I will need to make it fit by Sunday.
The outfits made it home fairly well. The girls were "forced" to put their outfits back in my office immediately when they got home so nothing got damaged. Now, let's see if I can get through the playdate and Fall Festival tomorrow and then Halloween on Sunday. Hmmm, next weekend is hockey! Excellent!
